Avoid vigorous physical activity or any large intakes of alcohol for 24 hours as this increases the risk of bruising. Ibuprofen, Aspirin and Vitamin E should not be taken one week before the treatment.

Normal activities can be resumed following treatment with dermal fillers. Full aftercare instructions will be provided by your Skin Rejuvenate Cosmetic Injector. To reduce the risks of side effects and obtain the best possible results, adhere to these precautions.
- Apply ice/cool compress to reduce discomfort, swelling, and bruising.
- Do not apply makeup to the treated area for at least 24 hours.
- Avoid lying down immediately after treatment and avoid strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours.
- Do not have any facial treatments such as lasers or peels for at least 2 weeks.
- Avoid touching your face or applying pressure to the treated area.
The most common side effects occur within 24 hours or immediately post-treatment. These include swelling, bruising, redness, and tenderness. These usually disappear within days, but depending on the type of Dermal Filler used, it can take a few weeks.
