Before starting your treatment, you will need a consultation with one of our expert Cosmetic Injectors, who will then conduct an online consultation with the Prescribing Practitioner. From the consultation, an assessment of your treatment plan and prescription will be completed. With minimal discomfort, this treatment can be as quick as 5 to 15 minutes.
Avoid vigorous physical activity or any large intakes of alcohol for 24 hours as this increases the risk of bruising. Ibuprofen, Aspirin and Vitamin E should not be taken one week before the treatment. After booking and confirming your treatment, please make sure to complete the requested forms. On the day of your treatment, arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Please be on time, or even a bit early, if you want to really impress us.
No downtime for recovery is required for Anti-sweating treatment, allowing you to return to work or normal activity immediately. It is important to not touch the treated area for at least 6 hours after the treatment and that you avoid massaging or applying pressure to the area for a few days following treatments. While you are likely to experience minimal or no side effects following your treatments, the potential side effects may include redness or slight swelling to the injection site, pain, firmness, lumps and bumps, bruising, itching and discolouration. In most cases, these side effects are temporary and will resolve within a week. Doing so will allow our expert medical team to step in, follow up, and ensure everything’s on track for your safety and satisfaction.
The length of time Anti-sweating treatment last far varies from person to person, however, these effects usually last for around 3-4 months. For sustained results, we recommend repeating the treatment every 3-4 months, before the effects wear off completely.
