- Apply ice/cool compress to reduce discomfort, swelling, and bruising.
- Do not apply makeup to the treated area for at least 24 hours.
- Avoid lying down immediately after treatment and avoid strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours.
- Do not have any facial treatments such as lasers or peels for at least 2 weeks.
- Avoid touching your face or applying pressure to the treated area.
The most common side effects occur within 24 hours or immediately post-treatment. These include swelling, bruising, redness, and tenderness. These usually disappear within days.
