Your monthly treatments, including standard custom-curated skin peel and LED therapy, don’t carry forward to the next month. So, remember to book these in ahead of time to secure your appointment and avoid missing out!
You will receive an email at the email address you used to sign up as a member, sharing the exclusive offer available at the Skin Rejuvenate clinic where you signed up, along with all the promotion terms and details on how to claim.
No, the 10% discount applies to all skincare products available at the Skin Rejuvenate clinic where you are a member.
No, sorry. Membership benefits are limited to the Skin Rejuvenate clinic where you are signed up. This ensures we uphold our commitment to provide the highest standard of premium treatments with continuity of care. You can receive other treatments at different Skin Rejuvenate clinics that are not included in your membership, but you cannot use your membership credit for payment for these treatments.
Your membership includes one standard custom-curated skin peel and one LED therapy treatment per calendar month. This is not tied to your payment date.
If you can’t find available booking online, please reach out to your clinic where you are signed up as a member and our friend team will assist you with finding a solution. We encourage you to book your membership treatments well in advanced, so you don’t miss out!
Click on the ‘book now’ button at the top of our website, select your clinic where you have signed up as a member, under the ‘Skin’ section, and choose the treatment ‘Initial custom-curated skin peel standard’. This appointment will include a comprehensive skin consultation with one of our skin experts to understand your skin concerns and goals to devise a personalised treatment plan followed by your initial custom-curated skin peel.
MONTHLY CREDIT
You can use the monthly credit on any product or treatment at your chosen Skin Rejuvenate clinic.
No sorry, your membership or benefits, including credit, cannot be transferred to another individual.
MEMBERSHIP CHANGES
No sorry, we do not allow memberships to be transferred between our clinics. To sign up for a membership at another Skin Rejuvenate clinic, you’ll need to cancel your membership with 30 day’s written notice to your current clinic where you are signed up as an active member. You can then proceed to sign up for a membership at your newly chosen clinic. Kindly note, no previous membership benefits, including credits can be transferred between clinics.
Please contact the clinic where you are sign up as a member and our friendly team will assist you with updating these for you.
No sorry. At this time we don’t offer the option to pause memberships.
To cancel your membership, please email your chosen clinic and provide 30 day’s notice. Your clinic will then schedule your membership to deactivate your membership 30 days from the day of notice. You will be charged your monthly membership during this cooling-off period where you will still have access to membership benefits for 30 days after your final membership monthly fee payment has been processed. You will also have access to your total accumulated credit for 12 months from your cancellation date but can only be used at your chosen clinic.
TERMS AND PAYMENT
No way, we don’t believe in those.
The membership is ongoing with a minimum term of one month and auto-renews monthly after the first month, with the exclusion of founding memberships.
We strictly do not allow individuals under the age of 18 to sign up for a Skin Rejuvenate membership or receive any treatments within our clinics due to medical insurance reasons.
Membership fees are paid automatically and monthly in advance via a valid debit or credit card.
If a monthly membership payment fails, access to membership benefits will be temporarily paused until the payment is received. We make three automatic re-attempts to collect the payment within a week after the due date. If payment isn’t received within 7 days of the due date, the membership will be automatically cancelled, and access to accumulated credit will not be available upon reactivating the membership.
FREE TRIAL
During your free trial, you can indulge in all membership benefits with the exception of the $108 credit.
Although you won’t be charged during the two-week free trial period, however, we do require your payment details when signing up.
Yes, once the trial ends, you’ll be automatically charged the monthly membership fee of $99, receive your monthly credit, and be eligible for your next monthly Custom-curated skin peel and LED therapy treatment.
You can cancel your membership at any time with a 30 days’ notice via email to your chosen clinic where you have signed up for a Membership free trial.
Yes, right after signing up you can book yourself in for your Initial Custom-curated skin peel. This appointment will include a skin consultation with a skin expert to understand your skin concerns and goals to devise a personalised treatment plan followed by your Initial Custom-curated skin peel. After the trial, your membership will automatically continue, and you be eligible for your next monthly skin peel.
If there are no available bookings during your trial, please contact the Skin Rejuvenate clinic where you have signed up for a free trial, they will assist you with finding availability.
The free trial is available once per customer across all Skin Rejuvenate clinics.
We cannot guarantee free trials are available across all Skin Rejuvenate clinics. This is to ensure our loyal members can receive their regular membership treatments and ensure we can uphold our promise to provide premium treatments and continuity of care. FOUNDING MEMBERSHIPS AT SKIN REJUVENATE MALVERN
Founding memberships are limited and exclusive to Skin Rejuvenate clinics that are soon to open. To celebrate the clinic’s launch, we offer a special founding membership which entitles you to ONE month free! To secure a Founding Membership at a participating clinic, simply sign up and pay your first-month membership fee of $99 which also grants you your second month free. Your membership begins on our grand opening date, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of our membership, including a $108 credit for use on any treatment or product at the participating clinic.
Your second month is completely free, giving you access to all membership benefits, with the exclusive of credit. After the one-month free period, your membership will automatically continue at a monthly rate of $99, and you’ll receive your monthly credit.
Your membership begins on the participating clinic’s grand opening date.
Your founding membership gives you access to all membership benefits, excluding credit only during the one-month free period.
Please be aware that for Founding Memberships, there is a minimum commitment of three months.
