How does the MDerma™ skin needling treatment work?
First an anaesthetic topical cream is applied to the face. Once the anaesthetic is working, ultra-fine needles are used to create invisible wounds on the skin. These tiny wounds, also called, micro-wounds, trigger the skin’s natural healing process. Your skin will produce more collagen to ‘heal’ the wounds, rejuvenating the skin in the process.
For this reason, the process is also called collagen induction treatment. As your skin starts producing fresh collagen, the skin will tighten, wrinkles and stretch marks will smoothen, and overall texture will improve.
